WHO WE ARE

Our culture is intentionally different because our identity is not rooted in generational legacy. We don’t conform to the typical employee model because we refuse to be limited by departmental boxes that often prioritize maintaining the status quo over innovation. Our strength lies in our divergence from traditional construction norms. We are committed to challenging “The way we’ve always done it,” and actively driving progress. We are dedicated to advancing the construction industry by extending an open invitation to individuals who embrace critical thinking, innovation, and a commitment to success.

PURPOSE

Impact Beyond Building – At FH, our purpose extends beyond construction. We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional general contracting experience by forging relationships, enriching communities, and maintaining an intentional focus to continuous evolution.

CORE VALUES

Efficiency

Achieve optimal results while minimizing inefficiencies, ensuring that we offer our customers the highest overall value.

Unconventional

We reject traditional boundaries that can impede innovation and hinder progress.

Competition

Our unwavering commitment to success.

Relationships

Our foundation is built through the partnerships we forge with our customers, design teams, trade partners and communities.

WHY FH?

At FH, we maintain a level of sophistication on par with larger general contractors, but take a leaner and more efficient approach. Traditional construction companies often rely on hierarchical redundancies, resulting in a loss of creativity, critical thinking, wasted effort, and diminished productivity. We believe that by assembling the right team for our clients and affording them the opportunity to offer their expertise through shared leadership, we can effectively reduce the typical issues that restrict the construction industry.
